Three or four new pieces have made it out of the studio but I am still making the Memory shots and tumblers like mad.

I had the pleaseure recently of being awarded the Patrons and Angels Prize at the Recent Graduate show, New Ashgate Gallery, Farnham. What a huge surprise that was!!

I didn't think I had the time to develop new work until the new year but watch this space as some new work came out of the kiln this week and as soon as it has been finished I will put a picture up on this page.

With 4 exhibitions this month it has been quite hectic. I have been making all summer and am about to deliver the last of the orders. I have had more failures than anticipated which has set me back but at least I have worked out what happened.

I really want to try some new ideas in the next few weeks so watch this space for progress reports.

Well - New Designers is over already!
It was certainly a busy week with everything coming together in the end. The big platter (above) worked well - which was a relief.
I am having to get used to is the amount of interest that was expressed about my work - what a great feeling.smile))
I am now busy getting ready for Glass Echoes in August (2nd til 8th - see calendar) as well as starting to develop a series of new pieces.
